1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with our hot air balloon rides in Dubai. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a flight with us.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, "you" and "your" refers to all persons named on the booking, which includes any individual(s) subsequently added or substituted at a later date. "We", "us" and "our" refers to our hot air balloon company.

3. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once we have received your payment, we will send a confirmation email with the details of your booking.

4. Check-in and Check-out Policies

All passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and safety briefing. The hot air balloon will depart promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late and miss the departure, no refund will be provided.

Check-out will occur immediately after the flight lands and all passengers disembark. There is no formal check-out process; however, all passengers are expected to leave the landing site promptly.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policies

If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled flight time, we will provide a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled flight time will not be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled flight, no refund will be provided.

6. Itinerary Amendments

We reserve the right to amend itineraries as necessary due to weather conditions, air traffic control directives, or for any other reason that we deem necessary for the safety and comfort of our passengers. Any necessary changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation, medical needs, or other travel-related issues. Please note that we are not responsible for any costs or expenses you incur due to cancellation, delay, or changes to your flight or itinerary for any reason.

8. Safety

Your safety is our primary concern. All flights are dependent on weather and if for any reason the flight cannot be conducted safely, we reserve the right to cancel the flight. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or the flight will be rescheduled.

9. Liability

We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising out of, or in connection with, any defect in any vehicle or other form of conveyance, the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or carrying out arrangements for your tour, or by accident, strike, political unrest, acts of God or any other events beyond our control.

10. Acceptance of Risk

Hot air ballooning carries inherent risks, and by participating in a balloon flight, you are expressly assuming those risks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes will mean that you accept such changes.
