We flew for my birthday and both team and the group we flew with were wonderful. Our pilot, was professional and kept us laughing with his dad jokes. We felt very safe and had a smooth landing. he shared with us about the history of air balloon flights and the blessing ceremony. I believe the service we got from this group was above and beyond what you might get from a professional experts with more personalized service. Also, a big thank you to pilot and their system for being so organized and making the booking process easy.
